COMMUNITY SOUP KITCHEN

For over 30 years, the Toccoa Soup Kitchen has been serving the hungry in our community. Now a ministry of The Hope Center, the soup kitchen will enable us to share the love of God by giving our customers food for their bodies, kindness for their souls, and hope for the future.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner served Monday-Saturday 9:00am-1pm and 3pm-6pm.

EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRY

The Emergency Food Pantry is a food distribution program with the goal of providing families and individuals facing emergency situations with a supply of healthy food.

For over 20 years, the Stephens County Food Bank was located in the Whitman Street community to help feed the citizens of Stephens County in times of crisis, unemployment, fire, family violence, medical problems, and other difficult situations. Now part of The Hope Center, The Pantry provides hungry families and individuals with wholesome food to tide them over during these times of emergency.

CLOTHES CLOSET

In the Clothes Closet, there is always a variety of clothes to choose from for men, women, and children.

This service allows us to meet needs without people having to ask, and allows us to clothe those in need.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

For those who enjoy the privilege of having washers and dryers at home, doing the laundry is usually convenient and effortless. However, for those who need to use laundromats, or have no ability to wash clothes it will be both a financial and physical blessing to offer laundry services to The Hope Center customers in the effort to provide them with clean clothes, to brighten up their day and show them the love of Christ.

LOCAL MISSIONS

Local Mission Projects- We don’t have to travel to another country to be part of a missions project. We can be missionaries in our own region/state/community. We each have God-given gifts and talents that can be used to help others. The Hope Center Missions Program connects adults and students with missions opportunities in our local community.
